RPE «TehKerama» LLC
LLC RPE "TehKerama" specializes in the manufacture of ceramic products of various configurations and purpose on the basis of corundum material which is made of aluminum oxide (A12O3) with the use of slip casting technology with a thermoplastic bond followed by sintering.
The technology and equipment allow making products with high strength, hardness, wearing resistance, high thermal conductivity, high dielectric strength and electrical insulation resistance, with resistance to aggressive environments and stability at high temperatures.
The product range includes:
- Nozzles for bonding tools and burners.
- Nozzles for shot blasters and cleansing blower. Shaping products for the building materials industry.
- Guides, drawing dies for the cable, metalware, textile and tobacco industry.
- Elements of the input of the heating elements for injection molding machines and other equipment. Insulating inserts for different purposes.
- Bushings for muffle furnaces heaters.
- Various products: bushings, tubes, chemical vessels, insulators, gaskets, rings.
Manufactured products have been successfully tested according to the parameters of water absorption, thermal stability, electrical resistance and strength, heat resistance, flexural strength, and successfully qualified in accordance with the test procedure.

- Insulation resistance at elevated temperatures (+400 ± 5), mOhm - > 2;
- Breakdown at a voltage of 500V - no.
