Advantages of ELSIT series units:
1. The presence in all our installations of galvanic isolation from the network, which allows the use of an inductor both in the lining (in the coating) and without it. The presence of galvanic isolation gives the operator a guarantee that he will not be shocked by touching the coils of the inductor while standing on a damp concrete floor.
2. Low specific indicators (weight per unit of power and overall dimensions of the equipment) allow us to make installations with power up to P = 300kVA in a single building, which has undeniable advantages:
- lack of high-frequency power water-cooled connecting cables;
- reduced losses and, as a result, higher efficiency of plants;
- small footprint for equipment;
- convenience of the operator.
3. All installations are made in sealed enclosures, so they are not afraid of dirt and dust in the workplace.
4. Installations are designed for 100% round-the-clock loading both in continuous and intermittent operation. Duty cycle (continuous operation time) - 100%.
5. The high-frequency transformers of our plants are manufactured with a variable coefficient of transformation. Change occurs automatically during operation, depending on the load. This advantage allows you to connect both single-turn and multi-turn inductors to the installation without the intervention of the operator to switch the transformer windings.
6. Our installations remain operational at reduced (increased) mains voltage even when it exceeds the state standard specifications ± 15%. With a large deviation of voltage from permissible values:

7. Incorrect design of the inductor and, as a result, going beyond the limits of the frequency range during operation will not lead to a breakdown of the installation.

9. If any protection is triggered in the event of an emergency, a message appears on the display indicating the reason for its occurrence.
10. The units have a self-diagnosis and in the event of a failure of any unit, the unit will stop functioning and the display will indicate a faulty unit.
11. To cool our plants, distilled water is not required; inside we supply ordinary process water. This is because the plants have a high efficiency (95-97%) and the water that passes through the plant is heated by only 5 ° C. And as you know, all deposits occur at a temperature of more than 60 ° C. 12 years of operating experience proved the validity of this approach.
12. Due to the small heating of the coolant, its temperature at the inlet of the induction installation can reach 40 ° C.
13. All units are equipped with flow sensors, not pressure sensors. Therefore, if the drain hose at the outlet is suddenly pinched, then: THE PROTECTION WILL BE TRIGGERED and a warning will appear on the display! (the pressure sensor will not react to this situation, and the cooling of the unit will stop).
14. Installations have an intelligent microprocessor control system. Due to the high speed of feedback (one half-cycle of the operating frequency !!!), it allows you to quickly respond to emergencies, which significantly increases the reliability of the installations.

15. Due to the industrial MODBUS interface, ELSIT units can be integrated into automatic lines of any technological process.
16. It is possible to update the software via a FLASH-drive on our installations. This allows you to change the technological modes at the request of the customer.
17. HDTV installations of the ELSIT series do not require constant care and special maintenance. In case of an emergency:

For the operation of the installation, it is enough to bring the power network, organize the supply and discharge of coolant, connect the inductor to the power terminals of the installation, type the program on the display and press the "Start" button
18. For heating workpieces above 1000 ° C, they offer the customer an inductor in heat-resistant concrete.
19. Due to the high reliability and ease of operation, the customer starts operational commissioning of equipment on their own! Everything is described in great detail in the equipment manual. Only for complex automated lines and large quenching complexes, we carry out commissioning by our specialists on-site.
20. If for some reason the installation, which is under warranty service, does not start, our company within two days sends its representative to the customer and eliminates the malfunction.
21. Servicing of plants is carried out either in the workshop of the manufacturer's factory or on the territory of the customer (at the request of the customer).
