“GERON”- a prosperous emerging company, a company where everyone can develop professionally, can unlock one's full creativity and reveal one's personality. At the very process beginning of our establishment, we straight-forwarded two things- what we want and what we don't want to do. The goal is such- “to gear production to the European quality standard at a value-for-money.”
In this regard, we had to embark on the same development course of other successful companies which have not only accumulated extensive knowledge and practical experience from generation to generation, but also have established their traditions. All of which was “incarnated” in technology and production.
Today, we are producing top brands of electrodes, being used in all industrial sectors, as well as in-house designed electrodes. Production equipment is Swiss “MANSA SOUDAGE SA” via use of sophisticated innovative technology and conventional materials. Research- in-depth knowledge - application & implementation-are not simply words, but Our philosophy and life-organization pattern.
We have absolutely everything to advance forward- in-house testing laboratory, 15- year electrode coating-variant process planning, cooperation with specialists in welding, a deep understanding of corporate culture and high-level formulation of electrode coatings. However, the major factor is the company team, of which 50% have higher education. We are always willing to introduce innovative ideas and we know what we want. We have always been hard at work on the on-going production development. Accumulated knowledge and experience makes it possible to further the Company development itself and, in its turn, is product affecting and product quality securing.
Customer feedback is very important for us. Their commentaries and our orientation on advanced technology result in the introduction of high-quality brand products. In some cases, we are even leading with forecasts.
