About the company

The industrial company "MION" is engaged in the design and manufacture of standard and special metal cutting tools. The company has the necessary material, production and engineering facilities for the manufacture of products used in mechanical engineering and for the development of new types of tools. Employees of PK "MION" have experience in the tool industry for more than 20 years. We coordinate our activities with industry institutes (VNII Instrument, Moscow; TPU, Tomsk, etc.), laboratories and consumers, which determines the modernity and high quality of the manufactured tool, increased durability, in no way inferior to the best foreign models.

The machine park includes milling 5 coordinate CNC machining centers and unique 5 coordinate CNC grinding machines.

The main types of our products are:

tools with mechanical fastening of replaceable carbide inserts, including high rigidity drills for drilling holes in railway rails.

tools with a polished profile (milling cutters, drills, reamers, countersinks) made of high-speed steel and solid carbide.

Thanks to strict control of production and the use of high-quality components from SANDVIK, whose regional dealer is PK MION, products with our trademark are well known at many enterprises in Russia and the CIS countries.
