LLC «Bogara LTD»
LLC «Bogara LTD» has existed since 1994. It was at this enterprise that the technology for embossing on birch bark was fully developed and patented. In 2007, Tomsk Craftsman CJSC (leading its history of birch bark fishery since 1965) ceases its production activities and transfers a team of artists, a collection of products and inventories to Bogara LTD. On the basis of Bogara LTD LLC, a collection of products of Tomsk Craftsman CJSC is fully restored and put into production.
Today, our company unites almost 100 highly skilled artists, designers and manufacturers of birch bark art products. Industrial premises, warehouses intended for storing birch bark are located on the land plot of the company. The company carries out the entire technological process from the procurement of birch bark by its own teams, the development of new products and the necessary tools to the manufacture of ready-for-sale products. Harvesting annually at least 100 tons of birch bark. Harvesting of birch bark is carried out only in cooperation with enterprises that harvest wood.
The modern assortment of birch bark products is interesting and diverse. These are unique panels, writing pads (address folders), decorative boxes, elegant caskets, original jewellery (brooches, earrings, bracelets, hair clips, brooches), utilitarian household items - baskets, boxes, bread boxes, caskets, candy bowls, table sets, cup holders, handbags, eyeglass cases, mirrors, frames, etc., souvenirs - gift birch bark samovars, clocks, wall clocks, panel dishes, bookmarks for books, notebooks and much more.
The main requirement of Bogara LTD LLC is the high quality of products, for which the company has a triple control system at all stages of production.
According to the Protocol of the meeting of the Expert Council on Folk Art Crafts under the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation N4 dated 02.11.2015, eighty-two samples of products of LLC Bogara LTD are registered as products of folk art crafts of recognized artistic merit.
