The school of leadership "Stars" is a practical-oriented school aimed at the comprehensive development of children and teenagers’ personalities. It is a proven system of work with children and teenagers on a range of courses.
The methodology of the School is based on the best Russian and foreign practices of work with children. It was developed with the participation of specialists from Tomsk State Pedagogical University (one of the leaders among pedagogical universities in Russia) and National Research Tomsk State University (8th place in the National University Ranking).
An innovative technique, meeting the modern requirements of educational system, parents and students, lies at the heart of the “Stars” school of leadership.
This technique enables students to develop their overprofessional competencies: communication skills, creativity, analytical thinking, teamwork skills, desire to achieve goals, ability to resolve conflicts, project management, work in uncertainty conditions and many others.
