Tomsk high-tech companies took part in the International Exhibition in South Africa

Tomsk companies presented to visitors cutting-edge information and telecommunication technological developments, innovative solutions and had a look at the best practices in the telecommunications sector in the South African market.

An exhibition was held in Cape Town (South Africa) on November 12-14, and became the largest event in the field of telecommunications and high technologies on the African continent. The delegation of Tomsk SMEs presented their products at the collective stand of small and medium-sized businesses of the Tomsk region in the AFRICA COM exhibition. The Tomsk delegation included: LLC Planar Technology (Group of Companies MICRAN), CJSC Elecard Devices, LLC Elecard nanoDevices. Tomsk companies presented to visitors cutting-edge information and telecommunication technological developments, innovative solutions and had a look at the best practices in the telecommunications sector in the South African market. During all three days of the exhibition, a great number of people visited the collective stand of the Tomsk SMEs.

“The exhibition is productive, we held many meetings and connected with new businesses not only from South Africa, but also from Congo, Namibia, Canada, Bulgaria and others. We are glad that we were able to take part in this exhibition, we will continue to negotiate with our potential partners from Tomsk”, -  Ivan Rodionov (CJSC Elecard Devices) said.

The participation of Tomsk business in the exhibition was organized by the Tomsk CCI with the support of the Business Development Fund, the Administration of the Tomsk Region, the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia as part of the national project “Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises and Support of Individual Entrepreneurship Initiatives”.
