Tomsk SMEs conduct successful mission in Uzbekistan

On May 25, Tomsk SMEs finished 3-day business mission to Tashkent and Samarkand. The Tomsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry organized it as part of activities of the Export Support Center with supporting the Business Development Fund, the Regional Department for Development of Innovative and Business Activities, and the Russian Ministry of Economic Development.

The SME group includes representatives of LLC Control and Diagnostics (Контроль и диагностика), LLC RBiK (РБиК), LLC Region Esta - 33 Penguins (Регион Эста - 33 Пингвина), LLC DI-LABS (ДИ-ЛАБС), LLC Novy Vek-Tomsk - Sibereco (Новый век-Томск), and LLC NSK-Sibir’ (НСК-Сибирь).

During the program, Tomsk SME representatives held presentations at the trade mission of Russia in Uzbekistan, the national holding company Uzbekneftegaz, the largest trading networks of Tashkent and Samarkand, the international oilfield service group ERIELL, and held negotiations with the Tashkent Chamber of Commerce and Industry at the Uzbek-Russian exhibition EXPO-Contact Foods & Goods Uzbekistan 2019.

“Cooperation between the enterprises of Tomsk Region and the Republic of Uzbekistan has promising prospects. This is evidenced by the boost in trade turnover between your region and Uzbekistan. Tomsk products have traditionally drawn the attention of the Uzbek business and direct contacts, established during similar business missions, play an important role in this”, - says Dmitry Dynnikov, Deputy Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in Uzbekistan.

Uzbek entrepreneurs expressed particular interests in products of LLC Control and Diagnostics (Контроль и диагностика), LLC Region Esta - 33 Penguins (Регион Эста - 33 Пингвина), LLC DI-LABS (ДИ-ЛАБС), LLC Novy Vek-Tomsk - Sibereco (Новый век-Томск), and possibility of cooperation with the Tomsk manufacturers of instruments and engineering products.
