Enhancing Russian-German cooperation

June 5, the German representatives of engineering and metallurgic enterprises of Brandenburg arrived in Tomsk Region with a business visit.

June 5, the German representatives of engineering and metallurgic enterprises of Brandenburg arrived in Tomsk Region with a business visit. The visit program began with a meeting with Sergey Markelov, head of the Department of Industry and Energy of Tomsk Region, Marina Uskova, head of the Tomsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry (TCCI), and other representatives of the regional authority and TCCI. During the meeting, the parties discussed the potential of industrial and innovative enterprises and universities of Tomsk, the investment potential of the region, examples of successful projects between the parties, and the capabilities of the Tomsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the services of Enterprise Europe Network (EEN). Further, in the chamber and under the support of Enterprise Europe Network the parties exchanged contacts of Tomsk and German companies. About 30 Tomsk enterprises, organizations, and universities participated in the event. The visit of German representatives was organized by Regional Integrated Center (RIC) EEN jointly with COMMIT Project Partners GmbH, and Wirtschaftsförderung Land Brandenburg GmbH - WFBB (Brandenburg Economic Development Corporation).
