During the live conversation, a number of issues was discussed: the situation on the global markets, Tomsk enterprises export opportunities, success stories of Tomsk citizens in external markets, New Zealand economy opportunities for Russian business and promising areas for the cooperation between Tomsk Oblast and New Zealand.
Tomsk CCI was represented by Alexander Belyaev, Director of Center for Foreign Economic Activities Development (Export Support Center) and Eduard Belyaev, Presidential Advisor on FEA of TCCI.
P.S. New Zealand is one of the top-countries with some of the most favorable conditions for business and start-ups. Its government is interested in business development: government-sponsored financial support programs are provided for start-upers, exporters are actively supported. Moreover, there are some incubators and accelerators.
IT and telecommunications, bio and green technologies, healthcare and pharmaceuticals, knowledge-based industry, alternative energetics, small shipbuilding, tourism, agriculture using innovations and education sphere are promising areas for business cooperation with New Zealand.
