  Aleksandr Belyaev spoke about current tools of Export Support Center, strategic plans of CCI and Tomsk Oblast Administration for the development of Asian sector in 2019, including the organization of business missions and participation in international exhibitions, as well as about the mechanisms of Russian Export Center.

  He paid special attention to the national projects “International Cooperation and Export” and “SMEs and Support for Individual Business Initiatives” due to which the considerable increase of support for non-resource non-energy export of Tomsk Oblast is planned.

  The representatives of “NTN” Novosibirsk company told about work with Asian markets, the specifics of logistics for different types of cargo, innovations in customs legislation.

  “China has been a well-known trading partner for a long time. Nevertheless, now there is a lack of import and export growth, forcing us to look for new trading partners actively. There exists an alternative: Vietnam, India, Mongolia, Uzbekistan. Vietnam and India are the countries with a growing production capacity,” experts from Novosibirsk say.

  The representatives of “Levoberezhny Bank” did not only talk about the financial instruments of currency risks minimization, but also introduced Tomsk businessmen to the financial programs of concessional lending for SMEs.
