Tatiana Kokot and Anton Lepikhov (Moscow) became the invited speakers of three-day cycle of events. They have many years of experience in the organization and support of foreign trade transactions with China, Vietnam, CIS countries and European companies.
Tatiana Viktorovna Kokot is general director of Russian-Chinese trading house "CHIN-RU", a well-known Russian expert in international trade, international logistics and customs clearance, head of the interstate group for the development of contacts between Russian and Chinese enterprises, the author of analytical articles and manuals on FEA, an expert at international conferences and forums, formerly MBA course teacher at Peking University and MIRBIS international business school.
Anton Vladimirovich Lepikhov is a commercial director of Russian-Chinese trading house “CHIN-RU”, a well-known Russian expert-practitioner in the field of international and business relations. He has a long-term practical experience of business consulting and represents the interests of Russian companies in PRC and SEA countries.
Firstly, the representatives of Tomsk companies got acquainted with the main issues of FEA development in small and medium-sized businesses in Tomsk Oblast, knew about current situation on the international market of goods and services, tasks, place and role of the FEA service in company structure; the issues of company's strategy development in the sphere of FEA, the optimal structure of FEA subdivision for export and import of products, the interaction of state supervisory bodies and participants of FEA, the risks of FEA, and the development of risks minimization system were considered. After that, the audience reviewed current conditions and specifics of business dealing with the companies of EEA countries, the European Union, South-East Asia, taking into account the mentality of the negotiators. At the end of the first day of the program, the issues of foreign trade transaction organization were considered using the example of export project.
The procedure of preparation, conclusion and management of a foreign trade contract, quality control issues, acceptance and shipment of products, financial support of FEA, taxation and foreign exchange control of foreign trade transactions, currency risks hedging, liability for violations of currency legislation were considered during the second day of program.
The final part of the program was devoted to customs clearance and insurance of foreign trade cargoes, logistics of international supplies, certification of goods.
In addition, program participants received answers to their questions and advice on the practice of FEA conduct at their enterprises.
"Integration into FEA" program was carried out within the framework of regional program for business development with the support of Regional Fund for SMEs development, the Administration of Tomsk Oblast and the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia.
