Andrey Nikolayevich Fedin (first deputy head of Tomsk Customs),  Denis Vladimirovich Onishchenko (acting deputy head of Tomsk customs), Anton Sergeevich Miklashevich (head of legal department of Tomsk customs), Olga Vorontsova (foreign economic activity specialist of international logistics company «VED Agent» (Novosibirsk city)), Kristina Popova (manager of «Avanti» air transport agency), Alexander Belyaev and Ekaterina Govorova, representing Center for Development of Foreign Economic Activity of Tomsk CCI acted as invited experts.

20 representatives of «Tomskoe pivo» JSC, NPF Mikran, TPK SAVA, «Latat» LLC, «Eskimos Company» LLC, NPP TEK, «Interopt» LLC (TM «33 Pingvina»), EKSI (GC «Artlife») , NI TSU, "Samussky SSRZ" LLC, NTM LLC, "Free Energy" LLC, "MPS-Service" LLC and others became participants of the seminar.

During a lively and informative conversation, the representatives of Tomsk Customs, Novosibirsk experts in the field of IEA and specialists of Tomsk CCI introduced Tomsk business to the innovations in customs legislation, shared experience in IEA directing, told about new CCI opportunities and mechanisms of the Russian export center for Tomsk business.
