Tomsk Oblast took the fourth place in the national rating of the export environment of the Russian regions

The rating assesses the availability and quality of the export support infrastructure, cooperation with the REC, a key institution for export development in the Russian Federation, and access to information on support for business. In addition, experts assess the focus of regional economic policy on the development of export activities in the region.

Tomsk Oblast received the maximum number of points for the quantity and quality of services of the regional export support center, which provides information and consulting support to export-oriented businesses, and the opening of a "point of presence" of the REC in Tomsk region in 2017 also played a positive role.

Our region, along with the Sverdlovsk and Ulyanovsk regions, was included in the group of regions that ranked 4-7 in the rating.

In the Tomsk region, an integrated system of exporters support has been created within the framework of the enterprise development program with the support of the Tomsk Oblast Administration and the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia, including the Export Support Center, the Regional Integrated Center for the Enterprise Europe Network, and the Subcontracting Center. In 2017, the services of these centers were supplemented by the services of JSC "Russian Export Center" in the region, whose support, with the assistance of the Tomsk CCI, received more than 30 Tomsk companies.
