In 1991 - 1992, with the assistance of the Central Siberian Chamber of Commerce, which was located in Krasnoyarsk, Tomsk, Novosibirsk, Altai, Kuzbass, Khakassia, and Taimyr Chamber of Commerce and Industry were established.
