Tomsk companies agreed on cooperating with Indian medical institute and African partners

Last week companies of Tomsk region participated in major international services forum in India, organized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Confederation of Indian Industry. Tomsk CCI and Regency Group received from forum organizers an invitation to organize participation of Russian delegation in the forum.

  In the framework of the business trip Tomsk companies held meetings and negotiations with Indian and African entrepreneurs, presented their products in Trade Representation of Russia in India, visited medical institute «Medanta» and met its chairman – leading Indian cardiac surgeon doctor Naresh Terkhan.

  During the company presentations in the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), at present forming Indian business delegation for participation in SPIEF-2017, an arrangement with international director CII Mr. Shrikumar Nair was made on visit of Indian enterprises in Tomsk in 2017. 

  «Tomsk enterprises presented during the forum interesting developments and high-quality products. We are ready to recommend them to our companies and to develop business cooperation of Russian and Indian companies. We are planning to visit your region this year and continue negotiations on joint projects», - Mr. Shrikumar Nair, International Director of CII.

  During the forum management of children soccer schools chain «Yunior» agreed with Uganda representative on working in this direction in African country, and number of Indian companies were interested in entering franchise network of «Yunior».

  Talks of Tomsk private medical clinics with management of largest medical clinics concluded with planning on agreements on medical partnership.

  Indian business was also interested in «33 penguins» ice-cream, children complexes and toys of «Universal terminal systems» and «Timbergroup», «Tomskkabel» products.

  The visit of Tomsk companies is one of the business events of the 70th anniversary of the establishment of Russian-Indian relationships.
