Seminar on Export Marketing took place in Tomsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry

On September 29, 2016, the seminar named “Strategy and Tactics of Export Marketing” was held by the Center for Development of Foreign Economic Activity of Tomsk CCI.

  On September 29, 2016, the seminar named “Strategy and Tactics of Export Marketing” was held by the Center for Development of Foreign Economic Activity of Tomsk CCI in the framework of the regional program of business development and events of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. The seminar was attended by 16 participants representing 15 small and medium-sized enterprises of Tomsk Region.

  Well-known Russian business coach and business consultant in the spheres of business cooperation with foreign partners, marketing and international sales Konstantin Savkin (Moscow) addressed the audience.

  The following topics were discussed at the seminar: purposes and tasks of export marketing, issues of the development of competitive advantages system for company’s export, methods of analysis of prospective export markets and the development of the marketing strategy for international sales, building up the network of partners and alliances for products promotion and the ways of minimizing potential risks.

  Moreover, the participants of the seminar gained new knowledge about extension of skills and competencies of personnel for effective sales, the use of informational technologies for export marketing and creating the plan of export sales.

  The seminar was held within the framework of activity of the Regional Support Coordination Center for export-oriented small and medium enterprises of Tomsk region with the support of the Tomsk Regional Small and Medium Enterprise Development Fund, Regional Department of Industry and Entrepreneurship Development and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
