On July 26 the Center for Development of Foreign Economic Activity (Tomsk CCI), in the framework of the activity of the regional Coordination Center for support export-oriented SMEs organized a seminar on "Rules of drawing up foreign trade contracts. An analysis of the main mistakes".

The invited lecturer was Oleg V. Osintsev (Novosibirsk), an expert with 25-years’ experience in the field of foreign trade and customs affairs, a business consultant, a Colonel of customs service in resignation.

The workshop was attended by 20 people, representing 15 subjects of small and medium business of the Tomsk region.

During the seminar participants got acquainted with the issues of a correct choice of the foreign partner, main requirements for the foreign trade contract at the stage of its preparation and approval, key requirements to the contents of a contract, common mistakes in formulating terms of the deal, ways of reducing the financial risks during the implementation of foreign economic activity.

The seminar was held within the framework of the regional business development program with the support of the Tomsk Regional Small and Medium Enterprise Development Fund, Tomsk Region Administration and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.
