Tomsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry held a workshop on the instruments of international transfer of technology and search of partners.

On 27 April, 2016 the Integrated Regional Center-Tomsk region, with the support of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia and the Tomsk Regional Department of Industry and Entrepreneurship Development, held a workshop for Tomsk small and medium entrepreneurs named "Instruments of transfer of technology and search of partners".

The workshop was attended by 21 people representing 15 Tomsk small and medium enterprises and universities’ offices of innovation commercialization.

Alexander Semenov (Moscow), a candidate of Physical and Mathematical sciences, expert in the field of venture business and innovative project management, general director of Consulting Group «Venture Consulting» (VCGroup), teacher of financial subjects at Moscow universities and author of books on attracting investments and innovation management, performed before the audience in Tomsk CCI.

Alexander Semenov introduced to the audience the peculiarities of planning the innovative activity of small and medium enterprises during the crisis, development of the company strategy and business model, processes of preparing investment documents, methods of attracting investments, negotiation tactics with the investor and the conclusion of a deal.

In addition, questions about a method of entering international markets with some innovative products, instruments of searching international partners, networks of technology transfer, innovation portals and specifics of working with international technology companies were considered.

Alexander Semenov conveyed to the audience extensive theoretical material providing it with interesting examples of his wide personal experience.
