Tomsk Center of Industrial Medicine of Siberian State Medical University will train medical staff working on oil platforms and sea vessels of Vietnam oil and gas holding company PetroVetnam, reported one of the founders of Tomsk Center of Industrial Medicine Sergei Antipov.

On 15 April, 2016 Sergei Antipov and the representative of Petrosetco (a subsidiary of PetroVietnam which provides support services for the holding company facilities) Mr. Li Vien have signed a cooperation agreement.

"The primary objective of our company is to organize health and safety services at remote locations, including oil platforms. Petrosetco works not only in Vietnam but also in other South-Eastern countries. By signing this agreement we create a kind of basis for promotion of Russian business in the South-Eastern region", said Sergei Antipov.

It is noted that partnership relations between Petrosetco and Center of Corporate Medicine LLC, one of the founders of the Center of Industrial Medicine, have been successfully developing during all this year.

It was reported earlier that in 2015 Siberian State Medical University became the first university in Russia to provide internationally recognized training for the medical staff operating in Arctic and offshore fields. The project is implemented in cooperation with Center of Corporate Medicine LLC headed by Sergei Antipov.
