Tomsk-Belarus: Siberian State Medical University and Tomsk companies find business partners

During the business mission of Tomsk small and medium-sized enterprises to the Republic of Belarus the participants reached cooperation agreements with Belarusian partners.

  During the business mission of Tomsk small and medium-sized enterprises to the Republic of Belarus, organized by Tomsk CCI with the support of the Tomsk Region's Department of Industry and Entrepreneurship Development, the participants reached cooperation agreements with Belarusian partners.

  Thus, the cooperation agreement between Siberian State Medical University and Belarusian State Medical University was signed during the visit of Olga Kobyakova, the rector of Siberian State Medical University, and Maria Netaeva, the representative of ATK LLC, to Belarusian State Medical University.

  "I see the great potential for cooperation between our universities, including the exchange of publications in journals, studying the experience of distance education, simulation training in Tomsk and others",  said Anatoly Sibirsky, the rector of Belarusian State Medical University.

  According to Sergei Bogomolov, the representative of Tomsk CCI, all participants of the business delegation managed to reach cooperation agreements with major Belarusian enterprises during individual presentations.

  Thus, Ferment Ltd (bio ice cream called "Desant Zdoroviya") reached a cooperation agreement with Brest Ice Cream JSC. Moreover, researches of this Tomsk company have found support of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus. The Head of Department of Medical Care for Mothers and Children of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus Ludmila Legkaya noted: "We support the Tomsk idea of such children nutrition and will consider the possibility of including bio ice cream in school food service".

  The interest in lighting products of Tomsk companies Fiztech-Energo CJSC and ATK LLC (with products of Research Institute of Semiconductor Devices JSC) was shown by large Belarusian industrial enterprises: the largest home appliances manufacturer Atlant CJSC and one of the eight largest agricultural machinery manufacturers in the world Minsk Tractor Works JSC. For example, during presentations representatives of Fiztech-Energo CJSC have agreed on the supply of products for MTW JSC and LED modules for wine cooling units for the Atlant CJSC plant, while ATK LLC has reached an agreement for the supply of Tomsk devices for pilot testing of Atlant’s products.

  The visit of the Tomsk delegation aroused a keen interest of Belarusian businessmen and mass media. Information about the B2B meeting and agreements between Tomsk and Belarusian entrepreneurs was posted on the official information analytical portal of the Union State, in the news of the Union State TV and other mass media.

  "The trip to Minsk was very productive. I see good prospects for developing cooperation with Belarusian partners in producing healthy food for children and adults in Belarus and Russia", said Rimma Gordova from Ferment Ltd (the trade mark  "Desant Zdoroviya").
