This conference has become one of the steps to realize a support policy of non-resourse export for small and medium-sized enterprises which was enounced by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin in his speech at the VII Congress of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation a day earlier.
Participants of this event were representatives of core-business departments of the Ministry, Russian Export Center, Consortium Enterprise Europe Network–Russia, Federal Corporation for SME's development, heads and experts of the Centers of Export Support and Regional Integrated Centers of 50 Russian regions, non-governmental business associations.
Key issues were summarizing of work of the exporters support infrastructure in Russian regions in 2015, trends and tools of export-oriented business support in 2016. Vice director of the Department of Coordination, Development and Regulation of Foreign-Economic Activity of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian federation Elena Nazarova noted the increase of export activities of SMEs in Russia.
According to the representative of the core department of the Ministry Tomsk region along with the Tyumen region, Tatarstan, Chuvashia and Udmurtia is ranked among 5 leading regions demonstrating the increase of SME's exports. Moscow experts noted that during a few years within the program of business support the infrastructure of SME's export support developed efficiently and systematically in these regions. Besides that they recommended to Russian Export Center to rest on efficiently working Centers of Export Support and regional Integrated Centers.

Infrastructure of export-oriented SME's support is organized in Tomsk region in the framework of regional event program of enterprise development on the base of Tomsk CCI. Events of exporters-SMEs support include consulting services, seminars with participation of the best Russian experts in the field of foreign economic activity, assistance in business partners search and translation of presentation materials from Russian language into any foreign language for SMEs. Increase of number of Tomsk small-sized enterprises-exporters was registered in 2014.
