The meeting was attended by Head of the International Cooperation Maria Netaeva SSMU, and director of the Center of Foreign Trade Chamber of Tomsk Alexander Belyaev.

The visit of Indian guest in Tomsk began the development of agreements with Residents of Tomsk reached during the business mission of Tomsk SMEs in Gujarat (India) in May 2015, organized by the Regional Centre to support the export of Tomsk Chamber of Commerce and Indusrty.

During his visit to Tomsk Indian businessman, who was educated in Russia, became acquainted with the possibilities of Siberian State Medical University to train specialists of medical specialties as well as innovative products and services companies evaluated the prospects for business development with Russian partners.

The possibility of organizing training of Indian students in one of the oldest and most respected medical universities in Russia aroused great interest among foreign guests, in addition its interest was the program of cooperation with companies SSMU innovative university belt.
