Tomsk experience in supporting export-oriented business is presented as the best regional practice on a representative national conference
At the third annual conference of the Russian export center "The Russian non-oil exports - the vector of economic development" activity infrastructure to support export-oriented small and medium businesses presented as one of the best practices in support of Russian foreign trade business activities.
At the third annual conference of the Russian export center "The Russian non-oil exports - the vector of economic development" activity infrastructure to support export-oriented small and medium businesses presented as one of the best practices in support of Russian foreign trade business activities.
The event was organized Russian Export Center (REC), created in the structure of Vnesheconombank on the initiative of the Government of the Russian Federation, Russian Agency EXIAR, Russian Export-Import Bank (Eximbank).
Total participants in the conference were more than 400 representatives of business and government, development institutions, to discuss key issues of support Russian exports - public policy, new measures to stimulate non-oil exports, the availability of financial support, the activities of the infrastructure to support exporters.
The main speakers of the event were the Minister of Economic Development of Russia Alexei Ulyukaev, the Minister for Trade of the ECE Andrew Slepnev, first deputy chairman of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation Dmitry Tulin, President of the Chamber of Commerce of the Russian Federation Sergey Katyrin, chairman of "Business Russia" Alexey Repik, deputy ministers, Sergei Shatalin Georgy Kalamanov, Alexei Likhachev, Head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund Dmitriev, head of the Russian export center Petr Fradkov.
In his speech, Minister of Economic Development of Russia Alexei Ulyukaev stressed the importance of developing non-oil exports, as well as the fact that the non-oil import substitution and export - are two sides of the same coin. The Minister also noted that the activities of Russian export center will actively cooperate with the regional infrastructure to support exporters export support centers.
The only Russian region that have submitted a regional practice of support of export-oriented business, has become the Tomsk region.
Director of the Center of Foreign Trade Chamber of Tomsk Alexander Belyaev presented to the participants of the conference approaches to the development of non-oil exports, reflected in the draft INOTOMSK, practices and results of some infrastructure to support small and medium-sized export-oriented business, operating on the basis of Tomsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry as part of the regional program of development of business.
The organizers and speakers of the panel discussion on the non-financial support for export experience the Tomsk region noted as the best regional practices to support non-oil exports.
