Tomsk businessmen establish business relations with industrial enterprises of Mangistau oblast in the Caspian region of Kazakhstan

Tomsk delegation and leadership of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Mangistau oblast presented perspective directions for mutually beneficial cooperation, the possibility of Tomsk SEZ, industrial parks and investment potential of our region and Mangistau region.

  On October 19, during the business mission, organized by the Tomsk Chamber of Commerce and industry with the support of the Trade Representation of Russia in Kazakhstan, a presentation of the investment potential of Tomsk region in the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Aktau in Mangistau oblast took place.

  The visit of Tomsk companies attracted great interest of the Mangistau business and media. The Forum Mangistau and Tomsk business, organized by the host, was attended by about 50 representatives of business, as well as press and TV media.

  Tomsk delegation and leadership of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Mangistau oblast presented perspective directions for mutually beneficial cooperation, the possibility of Tomsk SEZ, industrial parks and investment potential of our region and Mangistau region. During the exchange of contacts Tomsk and Mangistau companies held the b2b talks, which presented good prospects for the development of business cooperation between our countries.

  During the b2b talks there was presented an exposition of participants of the business mission in absentia. Director of LLP "Kaisar Service" Ulboeli Akhmatova was interested in production of the company "Benoa" (cleansers for skin care) and "Natural products" (willow-herb, pine syrup) to expand the related products and services within the provided health services on the basis of a holiday home on the shores of the Caspian Sea (radon baths), as well as plastic products factory vanguard of furniture for equipment of coastal recreation and resting houses for young people. Director of the Center for Service Business Olzhas Karzhauov also interested in production of the plastic products factory about the disposable tableware and tanks carrying mortars. They were offered two options for cooperation - is to buy the company's products or the opening of a joint venture in Astana.

  In the afternoon, Tomsk delegation visited the Special Economic Zone "Seaport Aktau". This zone was created in 2013 until 2028. 100% founder is the administration of Mangistau region. The total area is ​​2,000 hectares. Specialization of the Economic Zone: 1. Oilfield Services cluster. 2. Petrochemistry (production of bitumen). 3. House-building combine (building materials and products concrete products). Today in the special economic zone 9 of the 29 announced projects are implemented. The annual output of these projects in terms of value of 225 billion tenge (50 billion rubles).

  During this visit to SEZ Mortport Aktau, chairman Amirbek Tulegenov informed the members of the delegation of Tomsk with projects implemented in the SEZ, with the requirements of the enterprises - residents of suppliers, procurement procedures of enterprises. Also Tomsk enterprises presented their products and discussed possible ways of cooperation with the management of SEZ. In the second part of the meeting Tomsk delegation visited the production of two SEZ companies: TOO "ANEK" (Aktau Oil Electronic Company) and LLP "AktauOilMash."
