Delegation of the Tomsk Region held a number of meetings in the course of Russian-Chinese forum

In April, 2015, in the course of Russian-Chinese forum “Big opportunities of small and medium enterprises”, which took place in Beijing, representatives of Tomsk delegation held a number meetings with Chinese partners and presented economic and investment potential of the region.

  Leader of the delegation - deputy governor of the Tomsk Region, A. Antonov, the one of all leaders of regional delegations took part in signing an agreement between “Skolkovo” fond and a big Chinese investment fond, with the participation of Vice prime minister of Government of the Russian Federation, A. Dvorkovich, and Vice Premier of State Council of the People’s Republic Of China, Zhang Gaoli.

  In the course of the business program of the forum, A. Antonov together with Director General of the Tomsk Region Development Corporation, S. Yashchuk, conducted negotiations with the directory of the large industrial group from the Jiangsu province and reached agreement about the cooperation while executing the project within the territory of the Tomsk Region industrial park.

  Moreover, deputy governor of the Tomsk Region held business meetings with the directory of Ministry of Economic Development and Ministry of Communications of the Russian Federation, O. Fomichev and A. Volin, Head of Agency for Strategic Initiatives, A. Nikitin, Commissioner for the Rights of Business People, B. Titov, director of Department for Development of Small and Medium Enterprises and Competition of Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, N. Larionova.

  S. Yashchuk within the frame of investment session held negotiations with directory of a number of Heilongjiang province municipality as well as with representatives of Agency for Strategic Initiatives.

  Tomsk businessmen conducted several negotiations with Chinese partners in the course of an exchange of contacts and also held some meetings at Chinese enterprises.
