Russian-Indian project (November 2014)
In November 1-9, 2014, Tomsk innovative enterprisers visited South Indian states Karnataka and Tamilnadu.
Their visit to Bangalore and Chennai has become the first regional business-delegation from Russia to South industrial states of India.
A full business program included more than ten business events. Tomsk entrepreneurs held a series of presentations and business meetings with Federal Minister of Industry of Tamilnadu state, Head of Government Agency KARNATAKA UDYOG MITRA, Hindustan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Bangalore CCI, Confederation of Indian Industry of Tamilnadu, also visited India’s largest IT-park Ascendas in Bangalore.
In the central event of the visit (the presentation of Tomsk region and b2b meetings of Russian and Indian businessmen in CII) took part Trade Representative of RF in India Yaroslav Tarasyuk, Consul General of RF in Chennai Sergey Kotov, more than 50 representatives and organizations of Tamilnadu state.
The result of negotiations with Indian entrepreneurs was signed in the presence of Russian officials agreements between Tomsk companies, such as “Zeleynaya factory”, “Elcom plus”, “Center of Corporate Medicine”, “Local Engineering Systems”, and Indian partners.

Russian-Israeli project (October 2014)
In October, the delegation of Tomsk small and medium-sized enterprisers conducted business meetings and negotiations with Israeli partners – invest companies, universities, innovative and manufacturing enterprisers.
The business mission of Tomsk entrepreneurs has become an important event for the development of business cooperation between our countries. CCI status as a non-governmental organization of business has allowed to build productive work at the international level, despite the foreign policy situation.
Partners of the business program were Russian Embassy in Israel, famous consulting companies Martal Group and ZAIT Consulting, and also the Federation of Chambers of Commerce of Israel.
During the program, Tomsk entrepreneurs made a presentation of economic potential of the region, held b2b meetings in the Federation of Israeli CCI and High Technology Park, visited Weizmann Institute and companies according to participant’s profile.
In addition, Israeli consultants and entrepreneurs held for the delegation members some master classes on the specifics of the presentation of technological companies to Israeli partners and clients, on investment attracting and development of technological start-ups.
Tomsk participants appreciated the cooperation potential with Israeli partners, which was underestimated by Tomsk entrepreneurs.

Forming of the common Russian- Azerbaijani enterprise
10 September 2014 Tomsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry held signing ceremony of the agreement for the formation of a mutual Russian-Azerbaijani enterprise in a sphere of medical service. Representatives of the Tomsk administration, Tomsk state duma, Tomsk companies, universities and health-care agencies, as well as members of Tomsk Azerbaijani cultural autonomy «Azeri» - all took part in the ceremony.
Parties to the contract became Tomsk company «Centre of Corporate Medicine» and Azerbaijani enterprise SAHHAT Clinic, that are planning to use professional potential of the Tomsk company and opportunities of the Azerbaijani partners for promotion of the high quality medical services on the Azerbaijan market.
Forming of such enterprise is a unique experience, which allows to introduce qualified Tomsk specialist of industrial medicine into the rapidly developing Azerbaijani market, having a serious economic potential.
Agreement of intention between Centre of Corporate Medicine and Sahhat Clinic was signed in July of 2014 during the business mission of SMEs to Azerbaijan, organized by Tomsk CCI with the support of the Regional Department of industry and enterprise development, Russian Trade mission in Azerbaijan and Russian-Azerbaijani economic club.

Visit of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District-Yugra delegation to Tomsk
In August 2014 the SME delegation of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous District (KhMAD) had been working in Tomsk Oblast.
Visit of KhMAD-Yugra representatives was the extension of arrangements between the leaders of two regions concerning the development of business cooperation.
The agenda included round-table discussions about logging and processing of wild crops, support of agricultural sector, fish breeding and fish production processing, support and promotion of SME production outside the region and for export.
During the visit entrepreneurs from Yugra held meetings with representatives of regional consumer market departments, departments of social and economic development of rural areas, industry and entrepreneurship development, fishery committee of Tomsk Oblast. In addition, visitors had acquainted with technologies and working experience with a number of Tomsk enterprises, participated in B2B meetings with Tomsk businessmen.
Yugra representatives had shown a lively interest to the production of Tomsk enterprises, as a result of negotiations more than 10 agreements concerning the realization of Tomsk production on the territory of northern regions, as well as processing of the Yugra production within Tomsk enterprises were settled.

Russian-Azerbaijan project 2014
From 14 to 19 July there was held a business mission for small and medium enterprises from Tomsk to Azerbaijan Republic. During the business program members of Tomsk Delegation showed a presentation about the economic potential of our region, the opportunities of Tomsk SEZ and industrial park in the National Fund of export and investment support AZPROMO, held tens of b2b meetings, presentations of companies at the leading industrial enterprises of Azerbaijan. During the mission there was a meeting of residents of Tomsk in Russian trade mission in Azerbaijan, where businessmen was consulted on the specifics of running business in this country.
The visit of Tomsk delegation attracted the interest of Azerbaijan businessmen and also the interest of media. There were more than 100 representatives of business and government, Azerbaijan media on the forum of Baku and Tomsk businesses, which was organized by Azerbaijan partners. An important event was the signing of contract about establishment of new joint Russian-Azerbaijani venture to use the unique professional potential of Russian company “Center of corporate medicine” and capabilities of SAHHAT Clinic on the medicine services market in Azerbaijan.
Also there was made a decision about entering the products of the company “Tomanalyt” into Register of measuring instruments of Azerbaijan Republic. It was decided also to sign a distribution agreement with the two companies on the promotion of the product of "Elcom+", to hold a presentation and pilot projects for the company Azerneftyag SOKAR. On the basis of contacts exchange the company-supplier of petroleum equipment sent an application to the company “Siberian Machinostroitel”. Azerbaijan companies were interested in products of company ‘MION”, organic ice-cream “Decant zdoroviya” by the company “Ferment”, services and products of “Micran”.

Russian-Kazakhstan project 2014
In June 2014 a business mission to Kazakhstan was organized. Members of mission were fifteen Tomsk small and medium enterprises, representing various business spheres: instrumentation, healthy food products, business services, paints and building materials.
Within the framework of business program Tomsk entrepreneurs took part in contacts exchange with Kazakh companies in Almaty, represented services for business at the Third Business Forum in Almaty, visited leading industrial companies of Kazakhstan.
Not only partners from Kazakhstan were interested by Tomsk products and services, but even members of forum and exhibition EXPO-RUSSIA KAZAKHSTAN 2014 from other Russian regions.
According to the results of mission Tomsk entrepreneurs achieved preliminary agreements on delivery of probiotic products “Desant zdoroviya” in Kazakhstan, establishment of Tomsk Company’s branch in Almaty, expansion of dealer delivery system of Tomsk devices, construction materials “Stirex” and paints and varnishes for industrial companies.
In addition at the end of mission Tomsk residents got information about specifics of state and municipal procurement in Kazakhstan Republic.

Х International Forum of CIIs of Mongolia, China and Russia
Delegation of Tomsk small and medium enterprises and business infrastructure support enterprises under the leadership of the President of Tomsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry took part in the 10th International Forum of Mongolian, Chinese and Russian Chambers of Commerce. It took place in the capital of Mongolia, Ulan Bator, from 11 to 13 June.
Members of Forum were delegations of entrepreneurs and top-managers of 11 Russian, 18 Chinese and 10 Mongolian Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
Within the framework of this Forum there were presentations of economic potential of Russian, Chinese and Mongolian regions. Business representatives had the opportunity to take part in International exhibition “Technology, products and services or small and medium business 2014” and to hold personal b2b meetings with almost 200 companies from Russia, Mongolia and China.
Within the business program Tomsk members showed presentation of Tomsk business potential and infrastructure to support FEA, presentation of the Region in the Government of Mongolia, held negotiations with Mongolian businessmen and leaders of national ministries.
During the program Tomsk residents signed several agreements on cooperation, which might become good example for extension of business ties of our countries. Mongolian businessmen and officials were interested by products and services of “Elcom+” and “Center of Corporate Medicine” and also by information about potential of Tomsk Universities and special economic zone “Tomsk”.
Efforts of Tomsk Chamber to extend collaboration Tomsk and Mongolian business were marked by Mongolian partners. Thus, Arkadi Eskin was awarded an honorary Order of the Mongolian Chamber of Commerce and Industry “Silk Road” “For the good cooperation and the significant contribution to the development of trade and economic cooperation."

Russian-Vietnamese project 2014
In May 2014 representatives of fourteen Tomsk small and medium enterprises participated in business mission to Vietnam.
The Vietnam organizers were Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Russian trade mission in Vietnam.
The participants of mission were both the companies which already had partners from Asian country, as well as companies which still never collaborated with Vietnam.
The central events of business program were presentation of Tomsk business and contacts exchange in Hanoi. During this program Tomsk businessmen met with top-managers of leading Vietnamese companies, national leadership of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Export-Import Vietnam Agency HAPRO, visited industry areas and industrial parks around Hanoi and also met with enterprisers of Quang Ninh province which produce about 90% of the Vietnamese coal.
Because of tough competition between Asian companies the visit of Tomsk companies was the great opportunity for Vietnamese businessmen to find new partners, set up new projects with attraction of unique competences of Tomsk enterprises and scientists.
Few Tomsk companies are already planning to revisit Vietnam. They also ready to welcome Vietnamese companies in Tomsk.

Business mission of SME Kurgan and Chelyabinsk
14-19 April 2014 - business mission of Tomsk Oblast SME to the Urals (Chelyabinsk, Kurgan). Mission participants were representatives of 15 productive and innovative small and medium-sized businesses.
During the mission Tomsk delegation held contact exchange in Kurgan and Chelyabinsk, participated in a series of round tables on the exchange of experience with Kazakhstan, visited industrial enterprises of Kurgan and Chelyabinsk regions, as well as a major international exhibition "Ural Industrial Week 2014".

Business mission of small and medium-sized enterprises of the Tomsk region to Georgia
In April 2014 the business-mission of 15 Tomsk small and medium enterprises to the Republic of Georgia, organized with the support of the Regional Center for Export Support of Tomsk CCI and the Department of entrepreneurship and real economy development was held.
Tomsk delegation's visit was the first business mission of Russian business to Georgia since 2008 and was held under the auspices of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Georgia.
