Nowadays our biscuits (butter, shortbread, choux, sponge, hardbread and laminated) are recognized not only in Tomsk, but also in other regions of Russia.
The biscuits range is constantly renewed – 10-15 items per month in average.
Biscuits are produced according to the traditional technology. Natural ingredients only: premium quality eggs, our, yeast.
No for taste boosters or articial additives.
Quality control is maintained at every stage of the production.
Production meets the requirements of the international food safety management system standards ISO 22000:2005 (Food Safety Management System), ISO 22004:2005 (Food Safety System), ISO 9004:2009 (Quality Management), HACCP. Biscuit quality and safety provision is the basic requirement for us. This, is supported by the Quality certificates and constant Sanitary and Epidemiological Station audits.
